My name is Hai Dinh. I was born to a Catholic family in Saigon, Vietnam. I arrived in the United States of America 1996 and was ordained to the priesthood of Jesus on May 8, 2008, at Sacred Heart Cathedral by Bishop Martin Amos. I served at St. Paul the Apostle Parish and Sacred Heart Cathedral Parish in Davenport, Saints John the Baptist and Saint Paul Parish in Burlington, Saints Mary & Mathias Parish in Muscatine, Saints Mary & Joseph Cluster Parishes in Nichols, Lone Tree and Hills. Now I am here to serve All Saints Parish in Keokuk. I am looking forward to listening to you and working with you for the betterment of our parish, school and community. My maiden name is Otto. I was born in Peoria, IL, and lived in Chillicothe, IL, until I moved to Keokuk with my parents and sister in 1994. I attended St. Vincent's Elementary and Cardinal Stritch through the end of 8th grade. I attended high school at KHS, class of 2006. I am married with 4 children and a bonus daughter, who has blessed us with a beautiful granddaughter. I enjoy reading, music, ballet, attending my kids' sporting events, walking/hiking in the woods, boating on the river, learning/trying new things. I've been working at All Saints for just over a year now and I'm looking forward to the coming year.
